ABOUT BOUNCEHUB

BounceHub is a marketplace and networking platform designed to help event hosts connect with independent vendors and service providers for parties, celebrations, and special events.

BounceHub provides tools for creating events, discovering vendors, communicating through the platform, and sharing event-related information.

BounceHub is not currently a booking agency, payment processor, employer, contractor, or party to any agreement between Hosts and Vendors.

Any agreements, pricing, services, deposits, contracts, or transactions are made directly between Hosts and Vendors unless otherwise expressly stated by BounceHub.

ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform.

• By using BounceHub, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

ACCOUNTS AND MEMBERSHIP

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.

• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your information current.

• BounceHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unlawful conduct.

CURRENT PRICING

• BounceHub is currently free for both Hosts and Vendors.

• BounceHub does not currently charge subscription fees, listing fees, booking fees, transaction fees, or membership fees for standard use of the Platform.

• BounceHub reserves the right to introduce optional premium features, advertising opportunities, enhanced vendor tools, subscriptions, booking services, payment processing, or other paid services in the future.

• If paid services are introduced, users will be notified before any charges are incurred, and no charges will be made without user consent.

HOST AND VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hosts and Vendors are solely responsible for negotiating services, pricing, contracts, deposits, payments, and event details.

• Hosts and Vendors are responsible for verifying licenses, insurance, permits, and any legal requirements applicable to their services.

• BounceHub does not guarantee the quality, availability, performance, licensing, insurance status, safety, or legality of any Vendor or Host.

• Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.

USER CONTENT

• Users retain ownership of content submitted to BounceHub, including photos, descriptions, reviews, comments, event details, and business information.

• By submitting content, you grant BounceHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Platform.

• BounceHub does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users may not:

• Post false or misleading information.

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others.

• Upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.

• Impersonate another person or business.

• Violate intellectual property rights.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

• Use BounceHub for unlawful purposes.

BounceHub reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

REPORTING AND SAFETY

• Users may report content, reviews, messages, or accounts that violate these Terms.

• BounceHub reserves the right to investigate reported activity and take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, or account termination.

PRIVACY

BounceHub may collect information necessary to operate and improve the Platform, including:

• Name

• Email address

• Profile information

• Business information

• Event information

• General location information

• Communications made through the Platform

BounceHub does not currently collect payment information for standard Platform use.

If payment services are introduced in the future, additional disclosures and terms will be provided.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• BounceHub may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, vendors, insurance providers, or other services.

• BounceHub is not responsible for the content, products, services, or actions of third parties.

DISCLAIMER

• BounceHub provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

• BounceHub makes no warranties regarding vendor performance, host conduct, service quality, event outcomes, or platform availability.

• Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, BounceHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.

• Any disputes, agreements, services, payments, or damages arising between Hosts and Vendors are the responsibility of those parties.

INDEMNIFICATION

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BounceHub, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

• BounceHub may update these Terms from time to time.

• Users may be notified of material changes through the Platform or other reasonable means.

• Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
